Wells the inspiration come from the B.E.L.T sandwiches that I saw at the OUE link bridge when I had to walk that bridge every Monday to Friday in the past. But not now anymore. It took me a while to figure out that B.E.L.T stands for Bacon, Egg, Lettuce and Tomato. So in my case, B.M.S.T pizza stands for Bacon, Mushrooms, Sausage and Tomato. To roll out the pizza crust from the elastic dough is laborious because the rolled crust will always shrink. It took me many minutes and lots of arm power to get my pizza crust into its odd shape, never mind that it&#8217;s not round in shape. Spread the tomato paste, lay the toppings and sprinkle the cheese. Pop it into the oven and there you have a pizza. And so it&#8217;s dinner time for Mister and I!<\/p>\n<p>Thanks Mister for encouraging me to make pizza tonight!<\/p>\n<p><strong>B.M.S.T Pizza<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><em>Pizza Dough<\/em><br \/>\nWater 1 cup<br \/>\nCooking oil 1 tbsp<br \/>\nBread flour 2.5 cups<br \/>\nCaster sugar 1 tbsp<br \/>\nSalt 0.5 tsp<br \/>\nInstant yeast 1 tsp<\/p>\n<p><em>Spread\/Toppings<\/em><br \/>\nTomato paste 0.5 can<br \/>\nMini portobello mushrooms 4<br \/>\nXL tomato 1<br \/>\nBockwurst sausage 1<br \/>\nBack bacon 1<br \/>\nPizza plus cheese mix 125g<\/p>\n<p>1. Mix all ingredients for pizza dough into the bread machine.<br \/>\n2. When dough is ready, remove it from baking pan.<br \/>\n3. With lightly floured hands, shape dough into a ball.<br \/>\n4. Roll the dough into greased 8-inch pizza pan.<br \/>\n5. Brush crust with oil. Cover and let it stand for 15 minutes.<br \/>\n6. Spoon tomato paste over dough, cover with toppings and lastly, top with cheese.<br \/>\n7.
