BIG HELLO EVERYONE!!!
Welcome to the 8th, as well as the last episode of Cooking Series in Mad Season 1!!!
This happens to be the final episode of the whole of Mad Season 1 too!!! *SOBXXX*

Tears aside!!!
Today Ving will be whipping up a healthy meal to mark the end of the season!
First thingy of coz is to go grocery shopping for ingredients!
This time at a wet market instead of supermarket!
Choosing Mushrooms!!
Done! Awaiting the stall holder to pack up and charge for the items!
Ingredients:
Brinjal (Eggplant) / Broccoli / Carrots / Capsicum / Cherry Tomatoes / Corn / Cucumber / Edamame / Golden Mushrooms / Gourd / Hotdogs / Longans / Mozzarella Cheese / Pineapple / Potatoes / Pumpkin / Shitake Mushrooms / Tofu
For today!
We’ll have a soup, a stir-fried vegetable dish, a baked dish, as well as some grilled vegetables.
Let’s prepare all the ingredients first!
Cooking time!!

1. Soup!
— Place all the chopped ingredients (Carrot + Corn + Golden Mushrooms + Gourd + Tofu + Miso Paste) into pot, add water and leave to boil.
— Add some Pepper and Salt for flavoring.

2. Baked Dish!
— Place some chopped ingredients onto a plate layered with Aluminium Foil (Brinjal + Capsicum + Potatoes + Pumpkin + Shitake Mushrooms)
— Add some Mozzarella Cheese on top of the ingredients, then leave to bake in the oven
3. Stir-fry Vegetables!
— Heat up frying pan with some Olive Oil
— Add in the chopped ingredients (Brinjal + Broccoli + Capsicum + Hotdogs + Pineapple + Shitake Mushrooms) and stir-fry
— Add some Multi-purpose Sauce and Black Pepper for flavoring
4. Grilled Vegetables!
— Smear minimal Sea Salt onto the sides of the sliced ingredients (Brinjal + Pumpkin + Shitake Mushroom)
— Heat the non-stick pan with some Olive Oil
— Place the pieces of Vegetables onto the pan and grill till golden brown
Optional side dish: Edamame!
Dessert: Longans!
Time to eat!!! ITTADAKIMASU!!!!
With this, Ving shall conclude the end of Cooking Series, as well as the end of Mad Season 1!!!

Welcome to the 8th, as well as last episode of the Building Series in Mad Season 1!!! *SOBX*

To end this series with a bang, Ving gonna build a big model structure and bring France to you!!!
Yesss the Eiffel Tower….!!!
This is actually easier to fix up as compared to the Crystal Skull 3D Puzzle which I attempted in the previous episode.
Basically, you just need to follow the instructions (or rather, matching numbers) provided in a booklet which comes with the pack.
Punch out the pieces and start fixing them together!
Base of the tower…

Now the top part of the tower!!!
T A D A H H H ! ! ! ! !
Some Bearbrick guys are excited to climb onto the Eiffel Tower!!!
I’m loving the presence of it in my room!!!
It’s a rather tall model, so you’ll require some space for it if for display purpose.

With this, Ving hereby concludes the end of Building Series in Mad Season 1!!!

Welcome back, and to the 7th Episode of Cooling Series in Mad Season 1!!!
Have you been whipping up dishes at home recently???

For today!!!
Ving decided to do up a simple Fruit Bowl to beat the heat in our small tropical country.
Ingredients:
Watermelon (whole) / Mixed Fruits Cocktail / Longans
Decor? Optional.
1st Step:
Cut the Watermelon into one-third and two-third sections.

2nd Step:
Dig out all the flesh from the two-third section of the Watermelon.
3rd Step:
Place the Watermelon flesh, Mixed Fruits Cocktail and Longans into the Watermelon Bowl.
TADAH!!!
It’s fun and easy to make!
A dessert which the whole family can enjoy!!

Come next week will be the last episode for each of the 3 series which we have for this Mad Season 1.

Basically, choose 10 nail colors and apply a color on each nail.

Have you been beautifying yourself lately???

For today!!!
Ving recently tried out this Violent Lips Temporary Tattoo!
Zebra print!!!
No my mouth isn’t this big, lips aren’t this thick haha…
Basically you’ll need to trim accordingly to the size of your mouth and lips thickness.
Not too well-done, but I think good first try on my part!! *teehee*Verdict:
Great for dress-up theme parties!
Requires some practise though before you can get it perfect.
(The demo video makes it look so easy to put it on!)

Welcome back, and to the 6th Episode of Building Series in Mad Season 1!!!
Gosh…. How tune zooms past in a rocket!!!
So fast we are nearing the end of this first season!!! :(((

For today!!!
Ving gonna teach everyone how to fold paper boxes, which you can use for many different purposes.
1st Step:
Find a rectangular piece of paper. Magazine papers are of a better size.
2nd Step:
Fold the piece of paper into half.
3rd Step:
Fold another half.
 4th Step:
Open out one side, making sure the line’s in the middle.
5th Step:
Fold the left flap over to the right.
6th Step:
Open out the other side too.
7th Step:
Flip over the top right flap.
8th Step:
Fold into the middle, the flaps from both sides.
9th Step:
Do the same for the flip side.
10th Step:
Fold the flap upwards, till the line part.
11th Step:
Do the same for the flip side.
12th Step:
Unfold a flap, then fold up the triangular shape (as shown in the image below).
13th Step:
Tuck the triangles in.

14th Step:
Open it up.
TADAH!!!!!!!
Different purposes of the Paper Box:
— Put fish bones
— Put chicken skin / bones
— Contain pieces of rough paper to scribble stuff on
— Store small pieces of items like paperclips / staples / thumb tacks / erasers etc
— For Minion Dave to stand in
— Minions Tower
It’s really useful!
Try making them today!!!

Welcome back, and to the 5th Episode of Beauty Series in Mad Season 1!!!

For today!!!
*WARNING* This might seem to look like a narcissistic post.
Ving used to keep straight bangs ‘cos it helps to shape her face well, which became side fringe when I didn’t trim it when it grew out.
So now that I’m tired of keeping the side fringe that seems to be going bit out of shape, the thought of changing the fringe’s style came across my mind.
Yes. I do look rather bored of having side fringe, don’t I??
In order to save some money (cheap thrill), I’ve decided to trim my own fringe!!!
Technically speaking, you just need a pair of scissors and a comb to perform this task right?
I don’t own a pair of scissors specially for cutting hair, hence here’s what I used….. *teehee*
(It’s smaller in real life than what’s appeared here, and more for cutting paper.)
*snip snip snip*
VIOLA! ! !
(Bit crooked I know, and I over-trimmed the length till it only covers half of my forehead.)
After more minor trimmings on subsequent couple of days…
I’ve missed you so, my straight bangs!!!
Feels good to have my straight bangs back!!!
Start trimming your own hair today too!!! (It’s easier to start from the fringe!)

I’ve here with us, a small figurine named Fortune Teletext.
I ended up making a Life Buoy lookalike thingy for Fortune Teletext.
Happily in different positions…

Welcome back, and to the 4th Episode of Building Series in our Mad Season 1!!!

For today!!
Let’s go back to bit of old school (yes again)!
Ving took up the challenge and attempted to build up a Poker House!
I remembered me and my friends used to do that quite often during school days, and challenged ourselves to build it wider and taller.

Instead of using poker cards, I tried to use this Monster High edition of Uno cards.
I love them! Super cool hahaha……
How did it go?
Didn’t succeed!!! BAHHH…… >.<|||

So I decided to try again using normal poker cards…
I’m not sure if it’s coz I’ve butter fingers, or that the cards got too smooth, or the table which I placed the cards on was smooth and shaky, or there’s an invisible gust of wind I didn’t sense of.
It took quite some efforts before I actually managed to even do up one layer for the poker house!!
That was the best I could do it!!!
Not fantastic I know haha but whatever………
At least I still manage to succeed building up a one-room poker house. *smug*
